You've been matcha-curious for a while. You just haven't had a reason to start – the equipment, the technique, the ₹400 cafe lattes that may or may not even be real matcha.
Here's your reason.
One sachet. Cold water. Shake hard for 40 seconds. That's a real matcha latte – first harvest Shizuoka ceremonial grade, oat milk base – in your hand, in under 2 minutes. No whisk. No sifter. No chasen. No prior matcha knowledge or skill required.
What's inside: Oat milk powder and Ceremonial Grade Matcha. The sweetened version adds Khandsari (raw cane sugar). That's it. 100% plant-based. No preservatives. No fillers. Nothing you'd raise an eyebrow at.
Why first harvest Shizuoka? Shizuoka is one of Japan's most respected matcha regions. First harvest means the youngest leaves, picked at peak season – shade-grown, stone-ground, at their most vibrant. Bright, vivid green. Bold, earthy, a little vegetal in the best way. This is what real matcha looks like. Most people have never had it. You're about to.
Which version is for you? The sweetened is for people who are trying real matcha for the first time and want it to taste great from the first sip – we've balanced the earthiness with raw cane sugar so there's nothing to figure out. The unsweetened is for people who already know what they like – add honey, jaggery, maple, agave, or nothing at all. Your matcha, your sweetness.
How to make it?
- Iced: Pour 120ml cold water into a spill-proof jar, empty the sachet, screw the lid on tight, shake hard for 40 seconds, add lots of ice and you're good
- Hot: Pour 60ml room temperature water into a spill-proof jar, empty the sachet, screw the lid on tight, shake hard for 40 seconds, top off with 60ml hot water and you're good to go. to go.
Frother or blender works too.
Why the shaking? Because matcha is hydrophobic – it repels water and won't dissolve on its own. Shaking forces it to suspend, which is exactly what a traditional matcha whisk does. Same physics, different tool.
